Update on the law reforming the security regime on movables

By an amending law of 26 November 2014 (published on 1 December 2014) , the date of entry into force of the law of 11 July 2013 relating to movable security in rem has been changed from 1 December 2014 to 1 January 2017, extending the time required for the to be fully automated national register of pledges to become operational with over two years.
